Returns & Refunds

We fully understand that buying online is not the same as buying in store and although we know you will love our products, should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. 

*Important note: We can only accept returns for Kidkraft stock, furniture, rugs and wallpaper in the case of fault or damage. Please choose carefully when ordering these items*

If we are unable to resolve your concern or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full (excluding postage). Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. Refunds normally take 3-5 business days to be received depending on your payment method. If you have paid for your order via our Afterpay or ZIP payment options, please see their website for their refund schedule.

Refunds are made at the discretion of OliverThomas.com.au.

 In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us within 24hrs, so that we may swiftly arrange a replacement or refund in the case we no longer have that product in stock.

OliverThomas.com.au handles returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.
